[MilCom] Fwd: [ScanMarine] Boat taking on water

US Coast Guard Station Canaveral is up with vessel "Night Pass" which is  
taking on water.  There are two persons on board.  They are  considering 
abandoning ship.  There is a CG vessel on its way to them.
