     4724.0 was active at 1200z with NOMINATE (strong levels) bcsting a
41-character EAM (CNHVSB) using the character count statement, and
simulcasting same on 8992.0 (strong), 11175.0 (strong) and 15016.0
(strong). He concluded with the "standing by for traffic" statement (x2)
and gone.
