Nominate asks Folk Song about 7B.  I couldn't make sense out of it.
Nominate says what they were trying didn't work and asks for a trouble ticket number to call.
Phone rings for a couple of minutes and stops.  
Later on Nominate reestablishes comms and asks Folk Song what circuit they are in.
