Odd sounding aircraft at first this morning coming North Mid-Atlantic  
FL270.
1410z Sounded like Blangle 7 with ZDC 257.700 trying for next ZDC Sea Isle  
controller on 281.450
 
 Then he gave his full callsign BLUE ANGEL 7 later a couple of  times.. 
Kind of threw me there.
 Maybe on radar controllers screen shows as BLANGL7 so he used that as  his 
voice callsign mostly.
 
 Lots of rain up into Northeast so not sure where he was going on this  
rainy day.
