[MilCom] ICAO Advice to Military Authorities (Military aircraft with ADS-B)

Newer US Mil and others are upgrading currently for full mode ADS-B
Example had a couple McGuire KC-10's head west tonight 0045z SPUR  51,52
full mode s tracking.Obviously a routine mission.
 
Many US fighters have capability but over US territory almost always in off 
 postion.
In Europe however many US F-15's etc show partial mode s on routine  
training flights as mandated by Europe ATC laws unless on a mission and then  they 
shut it down.Europe depends more on mode s than the US.
 
Never have seen a bomber anywhere with mode s showing.. They just don't do  
that and don't think
they ever will show even in training.
