[MilCom] Heads-Up AZ-NV-NorCal High Altitude

Approximately 11:30 this morning I heard (? 9-9) with ZLA high alt on
369.9. He gave them the following routing: Mission Bay, CA > TFD > TUS >
PGS . BTU > OAL > FMG > PTY.

I checked the airport identifiers and came up with nothing that made
sense. I then checked these ID's against VOR locations and came up with
the following:
TFD (Casa Grande, AZ > TUS (Tuscon, AZ) > PGS (Peach Springs, AZ) > BTU
(can't find a location for this one) > OAL (Coaldale, NV) > FMG (Reno,
NV) > PTY (can't find a location for this one).

He was going to hold at TUS for 1-1/2 hours.

I've never tried to follow VOR routing before, I hope this is accurate.
