Good morning all,

Been monitoring the joint US/UK USAF/ARMY Combined Joint Operational Access
Exercise. (C-JOE-EX)
In doing so I found a new AMC A/A freq for me 143.800 AM. ( Talking about
different drop zones @ Bragg)
Also lots of actives on Bragg range control 249.900 AM. Anyway I ran across
a very active freq 139.075 P-25
(enc traffic) so no call sign. Any idea what agency operates here?
