I don't know about TROUTs, or indeed as yet about any USAF presence at 
IAT Fairford UK July 17th to 19th, because nothing from USA listed at:

There is a NATO E-3A listed.

But the last flying Avro Vulcan (the delta wing cold war and Falklands 
bomber) should be there - this may be its very last year flying.
