I am listening to Military planes following a civilian plane that has a
non-responsive pilot at its controls. While this could be an exercise, it
sounds legitimate; no one is using "Exercise" in their comms.
Lucky 01 is a FL-ANG flight of F-15s out of Jacksonville FL. He was up
on 141.625 explaining to Stalk 52 that they were escorting a TBM plane
being flown by a non-responsive pilot who is slumped forward. They are
attempting to contact the pilot on Victor Guard freq 121.5 MHz.
Tanker "Gasman 02" is on 260.9 talking to NORAD's Huntress. He is also
talking with "Lucky 01" and "Stalk 52" flights about Air-Air Refueling
them. Gasman 02 is AL-ANG KC-135R 58-0106 out of Birmingham AL.
Stalk 52 is a SC-ANG flight of F-16s out of McEntire ANGB, SC.
The plane they are escorting is N900KN, a Socata TBM based in Rochester
NY. He is at 25,000 ft.
Now they are up on 270.325 Miami Ctr @ Palm Beach.
Stalk 52 has an oxygen system problem on his plane and is RTB McEntire.
Tells NORAD's Huntress on 228.9, that he was able to see the pilot slumped
over, but that they pilot began to breath when the plane descended to
lower altitude, indicating that he had been oxygen starved.
