[MilCom] 8992.0 - EMANATION

     8992.0 was active at 0210z with EMANATION (fair/weak but mostly
readable) standing by for traffic and gone.  Heard earlier at 0140z at
unreadable levels.

     In the noise floor he might sound like ELIMINATION,  but that is
usually too many letters for these players.
