[MilCom] 11175.0 - ADMIRABLE and various LURCH ##

     11175.0 has become very active since at least 1300z.

     11175.0 was active at 1407z with ADMIRABLE (fair to good levels)
working numerous LURCH ## (22, 21, 20, 12, 41,...; mostly unheard here).
ADMIRABLE is being passed longer strings of 3-element groups. ADMIRABLE
broke for a standing by for traffic session.
