[MilCom] Fwd: [HFmonitors] TACAMO "Raindrop" MARS phone patch

13927 kHz USB 1525z: USAF MARS Operator "AFA5QW (Greenwood IN) working  
"Raindrop" (E-6B TACAMO) for phone patch 271-7190 (Offutt AFB RF Orderwire  
Controller "Fullback"); Fullback says signal dropped off display, but  Raindrop 
says they are showing full power out; they decide to try a different  freq, 
RF-15; switching freq does not correct situation; they try RF-16; Raindrop  
says they are burning on digital and analog; Fullback says he is not seeing 
 their signal from any radio on RF-16 or RF-01; says to call back once they 
have  troubleshot. (24/Oct/2014) (Al Stern, Florida).
