[MilCom] VHF low and HF logs 10/02/2014

USCGC Active will be at San Francisco Fleet Week, weekend of Oct 10-13.  
She is due in Oct 8 along with USS Chosin and USS Kidd and three 
Canadian ships HMCS Calgary, Yellowknife and Brandon.  USS America LHA6 
will be in Oct 6 and will be commissioned Oct 11 at Pier 30/32.  Check
