[MilCom] 13927 phone patch; Japanese Navy aircraft

I caught an interesting one this afternoon;

13927kHz JN051 speaking with AAR3CB (Army MARS operator, PA) at 2135z and indicating they are ferrying a Japanese Navy aircraft with US personnel on board. Located 150 mi south of Salt Lake City. Requests phone patch to a Utah cell number and indicates they would be down in 25 min; need special handling to get to various gates in time for multiple destinations.

The callsign "JN051" was later shortened to "JN51" after the MARS operator had some difficulty making it out initially. Reception was very good at my end although the parties had some difficulty hearing each other.

Other than the location at the time of the transmission no other destination info was provided, although it does seem likely somewhere in Utah.  No idea on what type of aircraft was being flown.
