[MilCom] 6.697 EAM broadcast heard - USB

Thank you Ron for also listing the mode as USB with the frequency. There 
are many modes today, including digital bursts, and to make an 
assumption every transmission reported on a frequency or by an agency is 
always in USB, isn't complete reporting like yours.
