[MilCom] Anybody on the list ever heard of the TWILIGHT call-sign?

Thanks, Al. Jordan was kind enough to point it for me too that it was
indeed a charter flight. Like I told him it was the frequency that threw me
off more than the call-sign...it wasn't your "usual" commercial
frequency...all of my notes\emails pointed to it being Military.
