[MilCom] 251.6

Greg, Roger here on the East Coast this frequency (251.600) is very active
day and night with Giantkiller. This traffic is related to  controlling
aircraft in and out of the whiskey oceanic training areas off the VA/NC
coast. Very Busy Freq!

I checked my BA's active list used in San Francisco back to 1998 and it has
not been used here.  I do have it listed as one of their frequencies though.
