[MilCom] 251.6

Not sure it's Blue Angels because I monitor the BA's yearly here in the Bay
Area (when our present LOSER government doesn't shut them down) and that
frequency doesn't ring a bell. I have a couple of old emails from here some
people here on the west coast that refer to 251.6 as a "mystery frequency".

The only other "note" I have on this is: GIANTKILLER/W-386 251.6 RANGE
CONTROL
