Definitely a SHARES data (BBS) frequency & a SHARES station was active 
separately off & on in Pactor-1 & 3, but these ALE/voice stations (0, 1, 
3, 5, 11 & 12) eventually showed up on 5155.0, another frequency also 
used by CF (Canadian Forces) communications units in the past.
