14665.0 RAMA 31 calling ECHO 81 
 for radio check on "HOTEL FOX". 
Couldn't raise ECHO 81, but got RAMA 32 instead. Both stations moved 
to 6761.0 USB & called ECHO 81, but no joy. Still active on 6761.0 
at 2028 UTC with ECHO 82. Sounds like AR coordination: 2000 UTC in USB
