     15016.0 was active at 0545z with RAFTMAN (or RAFTMEN; strong with
fading here) bcsting a 39-character EAM (BIJXCF) and simulcsting same on at
least 11175.0 (strong with fade to fair) and 8992.0 (good/fair) with
nothing heard on 4724.0.  He ending with the "Standing by for traffic"
statement and out.
