Looks like the Coast Guard took 14 and US Special Operations Command took 7.

US Forest Service is getting 7 HC-130's from the Coast Guard.

Last month or so C-27J 10-27028 (AE4CFC) been bouncing around area using
GECKO callsign.
Just delivered from factory in Italy last October after USAF wanted them no
more.
Coast Guard or Forest Service or someone else playing with this bird?
 Assume GECKO callsign as in changing colors from USAF to whatever is  next
for them.
