[MilCom] AIR FORCE 1

[N1BHH]

There aren't many MSP P-25 talk groups out in Troop C, I didn't hear any in
use. P-25 is mainly Troop B, Troop F, Cambridge and the Boston 700 Overlay.
SOPS 2 is active, opening up barriers and road now.
