Rgr BORA is common Pacific Coronet callsign for all type tankers.
Another is RUMMY and several of them into Northeast US last 2 days from  
Western US.

RUMMY 62 60-0337 22ARW to Mass area 1400z today
RUMMY 72 62-3550 AZ ANG tonight 0200z Mass area tonight.
 
These are sounding  more like the 104FW tankers to the West  Coast..
