[MilCom] BUFFS Eastbound soon

Soon a large NATO exercise in UK starts this week and rumor has 6-8  BUFFS
mostly out of Barksdale will participate.
 Fairford UK is warm base so opens and closes as needed.
 The town has warned their citizens about upcoming drill..
 Been  a while since last big one there..
