[MilCom] Demon 25 and Island Tribe on 8971

Hi Roger,
P-3s are usually on this freq.  I have Demon as "P-3C VP-40,"Fighting Marlins" NAS Whidbey Is, WA".   I don't know about Island Tribe.  Possibly a ship.
