[MilCom] Military Aircraft Master List of ADS B Mode S/Methods to Extract Information?

When I post my weekly lists of ADS loggings, basically I am manually
searching the log (asc format) for each day using Note Pad with the
search term "AE" which seems to find most of the US military aircraft.
HOWEVER, today while monitoring the scanner & Mode S, I noticed there
was an AA prefix for a US Army C12 aircraft flying high above that
likely I would have missed. What tipped me off to the potential
military aspect was the registration number 10-XXXX which is different
than what most aircraft are displaying.
After I extract the information I go to http://live-military-mode-s.eu/
and manually search for complete information on the ICAO mode S ID, than
place it in the email log.
I've also used open office spreadsheet to sort the data by the ICAO
mode, than registration. Due to some aircraft showing actually
location data, columns after the "Flight ID" may not be in a straight
column.
So does anyone in the group have some suggestions on how to speed up
this process? I would prefer not to automatically send information
anywhere (via upload) but IF I were able to upload manually than get a
report back I may have an interesting in this.
Thanks!
