[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] WC-135W plane at Patrick now.

"Cobra 55" (WC-135W 61-2667) from Offutt AFB, Nebraska arrived at Patrick  
AFB today.  This is the Constant Phoenix Mission bird; it works with  
Patrick's AFTAC people. The plane is capable of air sampling to determine  if 
nuclear events have occurred.   Now that AFTAC new facility is open  here, I was 
expecting him to reappear.
