[MilCom] Patrick 920th RQW deployment to Africa

Our local 180th FW and many of their F-16's were deployed there last summer. 
Although they were officially sent to Djibouti, much of their work was in 
the Lebanon area.  With the Olympics being held not too far from there and 
the recent threats to that venue, the 920th deployment makes a lot of sense. 
Lets hope they aren't needed to respond to terrorist action.
