[MilCom] OT: I have 3 aircraft on my dongle with the "HIBAL" call-sign and all are pushing 70, 000 feet

Hi all,

I have 3 aircraft with strange ICAO numbers like 777772 (Sri Lanka?) and
all 3 have the HIBAL call-sign. All 3 are at about 67,000 feet....which is
odd because the "ceiling" is usually 60,000

Anybody know who these guys are?
