[MilCom] [FloridaPlanespotting] Reach 468 departs Patrick

I have determined from several folks using SBS devices, that Reach 468 is  
C-17A 04-4129.

Reach 468 has just departed Patrick AFB to Rota, Spain. Along with  Reach 
250, Reach 301 and several other transports that have come  into Patrick the 
last two days, most likely they are carrying members of  Patrick's 920th 
Rescue Wing to Djibouti, Africa.
