5715.4 BELL 45 calling PUP 35 in the clear & in ANDVT.  Numerous radio 
checks with various HF radios.  Same stations noted here in the past: 
2018 UTC in USB voice (28/FEB/2014) (JLM)

Maybe 5715.5....these stations seem to drift a bit!
