[MilCom] HARDWOOD calling out an EAM on 323.8

I have a recording of this and a what sounds to be a technician running a
radio check right in the middle of the EAM...lot's of chatter in the
background...if anyone wants a copy just email me off-list.

I caught him on Mode-S...this was
