Well generally the aircraft radios are 10 watts so likely would have to
be very close (e.g. flying right over the area).
350.025 mhz apparently is used by Customs/Border Patrol.

As far as 350.000 mhz don't recall seeing anything posted about being
monitored in use --- Might be a good idea if you can dedicate a radio
scanner to that frequency along with a recorder and perhaps discover
something. However, an internet search reveals a company (Vanlong
Technology Company LTD in China) manufacturers/distributes a "One Port
Saw Resonator" that is ideal for operation on 350.00 mhz see
