[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] EC-130H Correction and updated Hex Number

I have determined that EC-130H "Toxic 59" was actually  65-0962, although 
it was displaying Hex AE1278 which had been reported as  EC-130H 73-1587.  
Here is the photo I got of Toxic 59 in which the tail number  962 and "DM" 
Davis-Monthan AFB markings are clearly visible:

Toxic 59 (EC-130H 73-1587, Davis Monthan  AFB) has been working out of NAS 
Key West for a few days.   Yesterday he did a few touch-and-goes at Patrick 
AFB.
Today  he returned for some bounces at Patrick AFB and has just declared 
an  emergency due to an engine failure.  He is RTB NAS Key West.

132.65 Orlando A/D
132.25 Miami Center.
