[MilCom] 11175.0 - CONCOURSE

     11175.0 was active at 0243z with CONCOURSE (good levels with fading
here) bcsting a 30-character EAM (64GCOY) and simulcasting same on at least
15016.0 (fair/good) with nothing heard on 8992.0 and 4724.0.  His
transmission slightly preceded MAINSAL's bcst of same (heard only on 15016.
at fair levels).
