[MilCom] 9121.0 LONGBOW

Net from 8020.0 is now attempting contact on a new frequency:

9121.0 LONGBOW calling for "any station, any station, radio check, 
over".  At one point I had a very weak station in the background, but 
LONGBOW couldn't hear him.  I'm not sure if 8020.0 is still active or 
not: 1945 UTC in USB voice (16/AUG/2014) (JLM)
