7765.0 USB HF was used with comms from CONTROL to BLOODHOUND 300.  349.6 
UHF was attempted, but unsuccessfully, so both stations settled on the 
7765.0 HF frequency & 264.8 UHF as primary.  This was from ~ 2 hours 
prior till 15 minutes after launch.
