[MilCom] More Code

 I reported some code coming in a few weeks ago.

 I am hearing it again this evening on the gray line. The sun has just
set here in Odenton, MD.

 The code is almost readable this evening on 11175, 2350 utc.
As Ron, MDmonitor has noted in the past, it must be from Africa.
It must something besides English. 
I cannot get solid copy and I consider myself to be a vg cw op.

I have also noticed at least one person is on a hand key.
