[MilCom] very weAK CW

 I have been hearing this guy off and on for a couple weeks.
Always super weak. At one point I was getting parts of sentences.
Like he was in QSO as sometime he has a real sloppy fist..

Yep, hearing it faintly here in NW Ohio.   2307Z.

Tried it on the Netherlands Twente remote, barely audible there, so not 
Europe.
