[MilCom] [HFmonitors] US SECDEF Recent Trip To Middle East

E-4B 75-0125 arrived yesterday afternoon (Friday) at Patrick AFB  
displaying "JOSEF 75" callsign via SBS. It remained overnight, and was still on  the 
ground this afternoon (Saturday).  Unless it left in the last couple of  
hours, it should still be on the ground here at Patrick AFB.
