[MilCom] SHADOW 25/OKIE 43

SHADOW 25 (E-6B TACAMO) from Tinker AFB and OKIE43 (KC-135R) 59-1460 also
from Tinker just completed an air refueling mission.  SHADOW 25 is on
351.85 (ZFW Center) requesting to start their decent into Tinker at this
time and OKIE43 is on 228.45 requesting permission to alter their flight
plan due to their 2nd receiver cancelling their AR for tonight.  I have
228.45 as an ops frequency for the 20th Bomb Squadron at Barksdale but they
must use this freq. as an ops freq. for Tinker as well.  I caught the tail
end of the air refueling so I didn't get the frequency they were using.
