[MilCom] Andrews Visit

I am going to be getting a private tour of Andrews AFB at the end of September, although I can not bring my camera on the tour I was wondering if anyone knows of good plane spotting locations around the base to get pictures? Same is true for Navy Pax River. Does anyone know of good plane spotting locations near that base? Looks like most of that facility is on a peninsula. 
Any help would be great and of course any Milcom freqs heard will be posted.
