2313z 22 Oct 13
13200.00 was active at 2143z with MAINSAIL (good levels here with
occasional brief 1 to 2 second deep fades) bcsting a 30-character EAM
(G42CHV). 13200.0 was best of 11175.0 and 15016.0.
11175.0 was active at 2149 with OFFUTT (fair) working unheard station
for signal check and gone.
11175.0 was active at 2201z with MAINSAIL rebcsting G42CHV at the
h+00/h+30 restoral window.
13200.0 was active at 2222z with MAINSAIL (good) bcsting a
30-character EAM (KY6OKR) "FOR REPRESENTATION".
13200.0 was active at 2225z with MAINSAIL (good) bcsting a
30-character EAM (G4JZU2).
13200.0 was active at 2230z with MAINSAIL rebcsting G4JZU2 and G42CHV.
13200.0 was active at 2255 with MAINSAIL bcsting a 44-character EAM
(KYPRHK) and using the character count statement.
8992.0 (less than an hour to local sunset) was active at 2300z with
MAINSAIL bcsting a 30-character EAM (G4PJVK). At 2302z (the completion of
the original string) MAINSAIL went into the h+00 restoral of GRJZU2 and
G42CHV.
8992.0 was active at 2311z with MAINSAIL bcsting a 30-character EAM
(G4MXT4).
Since the change in April there is no clear way to determine a
restoral broadcast from an initial broadcast from MAINSAIL except by
possible repetition at 30 minute intervals. The initial broadcasts appear
to have dropped the general call to ALL STATIONS/MAINSAIL preceding the
broadcast. (The restorals always dropped the general call). H+00/h+30
survives but the other windows are maybe (or not) changed. Possible
h+35/h+05 and ?.
