[MilCom] 8992.0 - POLICEMAN Standing by for traffic

Correction...

MAINSAIL has been very active with XU EAMs since at least 1100z (0500
local).  The multiple T's caught the ear.

     POLICEMAN remains very active into 1400z+ with with XU EAMs including
a 148-character string. Very strong on 8992.0 here.
