[MilCom] 4724.0 - INTERLUDE standing by for traffic

     4724.0 was active at 1430z with INTERLUDE (weak/fair) "standing by for
traffic" and out.  Simulcast on 8992.0 (good/strong), 11175.0 (strong), and
15016.0.  H+00/h+30 activity. Nothing heard at earlier windows this a.m.
Suspected 'glass mission.
