[MilCom] 11175.0 - MAINSAIL with EAM "FOR SIERRA FORCE"

     11175.0 was active at 2203z with OVER RATE standing by for traffic. At
2104z MAINSAIL was active with a FOXTROT bcst NUE/CP followed immediately
with a 30-character EAM (W7TN3K) "FOR SIERRA FORCE".

     AT 2231z RED HANDED (or sounds like; fair; not OVER RATE) was
"standing by for traffic".

     At 2233z MAINSAIL was active with a 30-character EAM "FOR SIERRA
FORCE". Currently using a 30 minute cycle for these things.
