[MilCom] New addresss for Sacramento feed

Nice job setting up the feed, Paul. Just an FYI once in awhile I do hear it
lock on a frequency that sounds kind of like data bursts and it wont
display what frequency its locking on. I heard this yesterday for awhile
and I'm also hearing it today. Otherwise, I enjoy comparing what I'm
hearing here to what you're hearing in the Sacramento valley.
