C-17A "Thunderbird 14" took off at 8:50pm EDT; I believe he has a stuck mic
 on Guard.
133.750 Patrick AFB Tower
132.650 Orlando Departure
124.800 Orlando Departure
126.350 Jax Ctr @ St Augustine "11.8 to 16,000"; "to FL330"
127.475 Jax Ctr @ St Augustine "FL230 to FL330"; "FL290,
continuing to climb." "Level at 330." "to 370"

I must have been right about the stuck mic on Guard for Thunderbird 14
because some of the planes on 127.475 are mentioning hearing an ELT now.
