[MilCom] SPAD, BEAST and MUSTANG working with CHALICE E-3 in Brownwood

Sounds like this is a new freq for Brownwood.
Weird thing is, when they were transmitting 
on it and doing targeting, etc. the signal was 
very good and clear, as opposed to 317.7, 346.3
and 282.2 which can get weak at times. Maybe
a HIGH ALTITUDE ops freq or tac?? WAG
